Optometrist • Founder

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Dr. La Rosa attended the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition. After graduating, he taught science in Hillsborough County Public Schools for 4 years before returning to school to earn his Doctorate in Optometry at Nova Southeastern University.

His background in education and passion for community health drives his patient-first approach and commitment to making quality eye care accessible across South Shore and Brandon.

Nacido y criado en Tampa, Florida, el Dr. La Rosa asistió a la Universidad de Florida donde obtuvo su Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Alimentación y Nutrición Humana. Después de graduarse, enseñó ciencias en las Escuelas Públicas del Condado de Hillsborough durante 4 años antes de regresar a la escuela para obtener su Doctorado en Optometría en la Universidad Nova Southeastern.

Su experiencia en educación y pasión por la salud comunitaria impulsan su enfoque centrado en el paciente y su compromiso de hacer que la atención oftalmológica de calidad sea accesible en South Shore y Brandon.
